WHAT IS PRE-LABOR? Pre-labor includes physical and emotional symptoms you may have shortly before labor begins. You may have a “nesting” instinct and feel like you have more energy. Or you may be completely exhausted and just want it all to be over. Pre-labor is different for everyone. Think of it as your body’s way of telling you to rest and save your energy for labor and birth.
