Day 4 Tips: Your baby may still cluster feed today. Continue to feed your baby frequently. You may still need to wake your baby in order to get 8 -12 feedings. Your baby may also be awake at night and want to be held to sleep. 1. Be sure you and your support person understand baby’s discharge instructions. 2. Know when your baby’s pediatrician appointment is scheduled. 3. Take these feeding logs and baby’s hospital papers to baby’s first office visit. 4. Continue to track your baby’s feedings and diapers.
