The Cherese Mari Laulhere BirthCare Center at MemorialCare Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach utilizes the system to help protect your child. This system includes cameras and an electronic anklet. After birth, a small tag is placed around the ankle of your newborn. This tag assists us in protecting your child at all times. The tag is connected to an electronic system that is continuously monitored for safety. If anyone tries to remove MemorialCare Miller Children ’ s & Women ’ s Hospital Hugs® Infant Protection

• Never Remove the Tag The tag will alarm if it is removed.
